The new official application from CASAN (Companhia Catarinense de Águas e Saneamento) aims to bridge the gap between the company and the community, serving as a direct communication channel that enhances public access to the services provided and encourages active citizenship.

Among its key features, users can:

1. Interactively view information related to their service units, including pending bills, billing history, and water usage (with comparative graphs). Users can also download important documents in PDF format, such as duplicate bills (serving as "proof of residence"), debt clearance certificates from the previous year, and negative debt certificates.
2. Locate all CASAN agencies on a map and find the nearest branch based on their current location.
3. Report issues such as leaks and water shortages either at their property or on the street, with the option to upload photos and include geolocation data when necessary.
4. Receive personalized notifications, even when the app is closed. This includes alerts about water shortages, availability of new bills (including high consumption warnings), and updates on the status of reports filed through the app.
